Cred ca eram in a-10-11-a zi, asa ceva, cam pe cand autofagia accelereaza in organism. A fost o chestie intuitiva. Mi-am zis sa introduc antioxidanti in organismul care este tot mai golit de hrana, grasimi, depozite, deseuri, toxine, ca sa il incarc cu tot ce e mai bun si sanatos. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Am creat un cockail din cateva pulberi si jop, pe gat in jos. Si dupa 2-3 ore inca unul. Mama mia, a inceput euforia aceea usoara, relaxanta, plutitoare, specifica postitorilor, dar avea si ceva diferit in ea. Starea de bine imi ridica vibratia sus de tot si ma facea sa ma simt si mai bine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Am asteptat cateva ore si organismul \u201ca fost de acord\u201d cu sugestia mea. Si am inceput. Cu doze mici, am reglat in timp cat si cum am nevoie, fara nici un abuz, fara nici o exagerare. Campania este un mod de aduna impreuna oamenii care doresc sa faca ceva concret pentru binele lor. Cred ca eram in a-10-11-a zi, asa ceva, cam pe cand autofagia accelereaza in organism. A fost o chestie intuitiva. Mi-am zis sa introduc antioxidanti in organismul care este tot mai golit de hrana, grasimi, depozite, deseuri, toxine, ca sa il incarc cu tot ce e mai bun si sanatos. Am creat un cockail din cateva pulberi si jop, pe gat in jos. Si dupa 2-3 ore inca unul. Mama mia, a inceput euforia aceea usoara, relaxanta, plutitoare, specifica postitorilor, dar avea si ceva diferit in ea. Starea de bine imi ridica vibratia sus de tot si ma facea sa ma simt si mai bine. Am asteptat cateva ore si organismul \u201ca fost de acord\u201d cu sugestia mea. Si am inceput. Cu doze mici, am reglat in timp cat si cum am nevoie, fara nici un abuz, fara nici o exagerare. Am inceput cu 2-3 pahare medii pe zi si uneori imi faceam shoot-uri mici, ca teste pentru a crea diverse retete pentru acest tip de dieta care sa aiba ORAC-UL potrivit scopului propus. Vom vedea imediat ce e acest ORAC. Uite asa am transformat postul cu apa de 21 de zile din toamna intr-o dieta personalizata bazata numai pe lichide incarcate cu nutrienti, cat se poate cu cel mai ridicat nivel de antioxidanti. Cei care o folosesc deja dintre apropiatii mei ii spun, mai in gluma sau in serios \u201cdieta Neme\u0219\u201d sau &#8222;postul lui Neme\u0219&#8221;. Nu ma deranjeaza. Campania este un mod de aduna impreuna oamenii care doresc sa faca ceva concret pentru binele lor. Prin campania aceasta doresc sa atrag atentia asupra posibilitatilor simple, ieftine si sigure de a invata sa va protejati sanatatea, tineretea, motivatia si puterea pentru munca si activitati diverse. Scopul campaniei \u2013 prevenirea bolilor si a obezitatii, regenerarea si intinerirea organismului precum si intarirea cu adevarat a sistemului imunitar si altele. Toate acestea au efecte deosebit de benefice la nivel emotional, psihologic si spiritual. Ce sunt antioxidanti? Antioxidantii sunt compusi naturali care protejeaza organismul de pericolul radicalilor liberi. Radicalii liberi sunt atomi sau grupuri de atomi care (daca nu sunt tinuti sub control de antioxidanti) afecteaza celulele, sistemul imunitar si pot duce la diverse boli, precum cele de inima, la cancer sau alte boli degenerative.
