Mi-am pierdut interesul pentru hrana solida, aproape integral. O simt mult mai puternic fata de datile anterioare cand posteam sau cand ma apropiam de finalul postului cu apa de 21 de zile. O fi un semn de evolutie. Cine stie? Dupa cum inteleg eu ca functioneaza lucrurile, asta ar insemna o consolidare extraordinara a sanatatii noastre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Asadar, incepem cu un post cu apa prelungit pentru purificarea si resetarea tuturor sistemelor si iesim din post incepand sa consumam polen dizolvat in lapte vegetal, in suc, in apa. Laptele de origine animala chiar daca contine mult discutata cazeina, nu are repercursiuni negative daca nu este consumat in cantitati mari. Laptele vegetal de migdale desi gustos, si natural, nu contine proteina si calciu aproape deloc. De mii si mii de ani omul consuma lactate de la animale. Daca nu se fac excese, acestea pot fi consumate fara problema de catre 99% dintre noi. Laptele de soia este foarte apropiat de cel de vaca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Eu mi-am propus ca voi continua cu asta. Vreau sa consum ocazional o astfel de hrana sacra, delicioasa si super sanatoasa!
